Meet our leadership Team

The Pastor, with the assistance of the Elders, Deacons, and Cell group leaders provide the Spiritual leadership for our Church and the implementation of the vision, mission, core values, and strategic plan for the church

WHAT WE DO

The Church appoints men and women with relevant biblical training, to be deployed to serve in respective ministries as need arises. Such leaders serve under the leadership of the lead Pastor.

The Lead Pastor provides spiritual leadership for the whole Church, and accountable to the Church membership; through the Elders, Executive Board, and the Church management Committee.The Pastor, with the assistance of the Elders, Deacons, Cell group leaders, provide the Spiritual leadership for the Church. The Church appoints, into its Pastoral team, both men and women who work closely with the Lead Pastor to ensure the spiritual well-being of church members are met.

Strategic planning

To implement the Overall Strategic plans through the development of specific and measurable annual targets.

holistic programs

To develop holistic programs in the ministries of the church in line with the vision and mission of the Church.

mutual accountability

To put into place systems of mutual accountability aimed at enabling the staff to offer maximum pastoral care and quality ministry in the various ministries.

To establish and manage important networks and relationships with other churches and other organizations locally and internationally in order to continue to expand the impact of the ministry of the church.

To provide quality leadership through clear direction, strong pastoral care, and effective performance management so that staff motivation will be sustained and the performance level of the church to continue to rise

approval of partnerships

To approve new partnerships with like-minded ministries, churches, organizations, and other agencies that subscribe to our philosophy of ministry.
